LOTUS SPA GYM TEAMS UP WITH KELLOGG’S
Cereal bars add value to exercise regime
For the next two months, the Lotus Spa Gym at Le Méridien St Julians Hotel & Spa has teamed up with Kellogg's to promote the right sort of nutrition for all those who are keeping fit.
Instructors at the gym work with clients to produce the right programme to enable them to reach their goals. "We have a varied mix of members: those who are here every day to build up their muscles; those who want to keep in shape, toning and slimming; and those who simply want to move" Ruth Spiteri, who manages the gym said.
"There is an enjoyable atmosphere here, almost like a social club, and our clients enjoy hanging out and meeting their friends."
The gym is also popular with ladies, including those who take advantage of the Kids Club, where their children are in a safe environment while they work out. Apart from weightlifting equipment, there are a variety of exercise machines, a squash court and a choice of a host of aerobics classes.

Kellogg's have placed their full range of cereal bars at the disposal of those who attend the gym, in particular the aerobics classes. They will be organising a number of promotions in the coming weeks, including giving away leaflets and complimentary cereal bars.
