1.Salmon terrine with marinated mussels, Rucola & fennel shaving salad enhanced by a basil caper drizzle
2.Parma ham & sweet melon, roast bell peppers, petit salad enhanced with balsamic reduction
3.Chilled blue vein polenta with roquette & parmesan salad accompanied by a black truffle drizzle.
4.Chicken Caesar salad with parmesan, chicken, garlic croutons, lettuce & bacon

1.Roast pumpkin & ginger soup with cheese tortellini & poppy seed cream drizzle
2.Cream of pea & ham hock comfit soup with parmesan croutons
