• Guests must be over 18 years of age and must be able to present valid ID documents in order to check in at the hotel
• All guests are being asked to provide a credit card upon check-in. A pre-authorisation will be blocked on the provided credit card as a deposit for their stay. This pre-authorization will be released on check-out, upon settling the room bill. The amount may take a couple of days to be available again, depending on the bank procedures.
• Our staff treats all our hotel guests equally and no discrimination based on gender, race or religion is tolerated.
• Le Méridien St Julians Hotel & Spa is a gay friendly property.
• In order to consume alcohol at the bar, guests must be over 18 years old. Our staff reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to a guest if it appears to potentially put his well-being or other guests' well-being in danger.
• Small pets are allowed in the hotel but guests must imperatively inform the management prior to arrival. Guests with pets who wouldn't have informed the hotel upon booking may be refused the access to the premises. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, in the Spa area or on the pool deck.
• It is strictly forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels or any other personal belongings. The management reserves the right to remove towels/belongings from sunbeds left unattended.
• It is strictly forbidden to hang up clothing or towels from the balcony railings in the guest rooms. Kindly use the clothing rod available in the bathroom.
• In order to ensure a relaxing atmosphere to our Spa customers, please note that children under 16 years old have restricted access to the Spa area. Kindly refer to the spa pages of this website for exact timings or contact the hotel for additional information.
• The access to our Fitness Center is free of charge for our hotel residents. However, it is imperative to wear appropriate sports shoes to enter the training room.Guests must be over 16 years old in order to use the equipment.
• An appropriate dress code is required in different areas of the hotel. Guests must wear appropriate swimwear in all parts of the Spa (pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, etc.) and by the outdoor pool. As per Maltese law, ladies are not allowed to practice topless sunbathing. Gentlemen arealso asked to cover up (no topless allowed)in the indoor common areas of the hotel such as Lobby and reception area.
• Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in the bar's smoking room (separated and ventilated) and in the outdoor areas. If you would like a smoking guest room, please notify us at booking stage as most of our guest rooms are non smoking.
