Our Chef, Adrian Buttigieg
Creating food is an art and for our new Chef, Adrian Buttigieg, it is his passion too. It has been his one true passion all his life and he started his road to becoming a culinary master when he was just 18-years-old when completing his ITS course.
It was not long before Adrian found himself under the expert guidance of Michelin star chef, Cyril Molard, in Luxembourg. After a successful stint there, Adrian returned to Malta and has made a name for himself leading some of the island's most premier dining venues. Today, Adrian has brought his experience and passion to Le Méridien St. Julians Spa & Hotel as our Executive Head Chef.
